I’m so excited to welcome you to my new blog!
I’ll be writing about all sorts of things related to stationery and paper arts. I’ll try to cover design and printing terms and processes that the ordinary person doesn’t understand in order to make you an informed consumer of paper. Sometimes I’ll review books about writing notes and letters. I’m sure I’ll learn a few things along the way.
Eventually, I’ll be reaching out so I can answer your most pressing questions about invitation etiquette, the weights of paper, different printing techniques, and whatever else.
An enthusiast at heart, I'm hoping to share with you the people, things, and events that inspire my work. I'll be drawing from personal memories, my panoply of ephemera, books, and past and current projects.
I'm hoping to be able to get some semblance of my creative process down in the hopes of better understanding and harnessing it. I could just keep a notebook but there's something about an open declaration in starting a blog that implies a sense of accountability. If you're reading this, I'd like to think that I'm accountable to you, my audience.
So -- here I am and there you are.
Let's get this thing rolling, shall we?
